The IR520 Chilsonator is designed to have a strict separation between product and technical area. Both in-wall and mobile designs are possible, and it can be supplied as a complete granulation system including automatic feeding, milling, screening and recycling. The cantilever design allows for easy disassembly for cleaning and also for quickly using a variety of roll designs. Below pictures show how the various components are easily disassembled:

The in-wall design provides for complete separation of the product contact parts from the technical components. The picture below shows a complete system including: feed hopper, elevator (mechanical or pneumatic), IR 520, screener and Operator Interface built into the wall.
