The M5A and D6A feature a cantilever design, which
allows for easy cleaning and assembly. Each disassembled component weighs
less than 10 kilograms (22 pounds). Complete disassembly for inspection
and cleaning can be accomplished by one person in minutes.
The one piece rotor design provides for easy cleaning. This rotor can easily
be reversed to change from knife to impact configuration.
The cantilever design allows for complete separation of product contact
components from the technical components (motors, etc). This separation
allows for "in wall" mounting in a process room or even through the back
wall of a barrier isolator.
The D6A is process equivalent to its predecessor, the DASO6 and D6. The
D6A is available with all the features and options you expect with a FitzMill.
