Fitzpatrick reduces delivery time on standard S-DAS06
FitzMill
Fitzpatrick reduces delivery time on standard S-DAS06 FitzMill. As part
of a company wide effort to reduce delivery time, Fitzpatrick has developed
internal systems that have reduced the delivery time of a standard S-DAS06
to 4 weeks or less. This current standard FitzMill includes many features
and benefits which provide maximum process flexibility as well as mechanical
features required to meet specific needs. Included is a reversible precision
balanced rotor with blade configurations specified to meet the application
and three standard speeds and screens to meet process requirements. All
product contact parts are constructed of 316 stainless steel and the base
is 304 stainless steel with legs and castors or floor flanges. Standard
electrics include controls in a NEMA 4x enclosure. Optional electrics
or other features may have a minimal impact on delivery time.
US Patent Office recognizes the FitzSieve
The Fitzpatrick Company's innovative FitzSieve has recently been recognized
by the US patent office for its unique features. This equipment is ideally
suited for gentle milling, sieving and de-lumping. A loaner fleet is available
for in-plant customer testing to demonstrate the efficiency of this equipment.
Batch sizes up to 12,000 pounds/hour are easily handled on the FS-200
Model. A larger unit is also available.
Each unit will come with process variables to allow for a wide range of
processing parameters. Variable rotor speed, multiple rotor styles, and
an array of screens are designed to fit a variety of applications. A Fitzpatrick
sales/service person will accompany the unit to assure proper training
and use of the unit. The initial trial is done free of charge
with longer-term trials done at reasonable rates.
