Solid-liquid contacting and dissolving, final comminution to size required by subsequent process. System is totally jacketed for full temperature control during all mixing and size reduction stages.

High capacity mixing / extruding system suitable for premixing. Liquid conditions, adequate dwell time for absorption and proper condition of final extrusion into continuous sheets.
