US PATENT OFFICE RECOGNIZES THE FITZSIEVE
The Fitzpatrick Company's innovative FitzSieve has
recently been recognized by the US Patent Office for its unique features.
This equipment is ideally suited for gentle milling, sieving, and de-lumping
of a wide range of applications in the Food Industry. The under drive has
the advantage of being easier to feed, clean, and configure.

The FitzSieve is designed with a minimum of process parts that can be
easily disassembled for cleaning in only a few minutes. It also allows
rapid screen changing. A wide range of screens and rotors are available
to suit your specific application.
To improve the process performance, a unique system has been provided
to adjust the rotor to screen clearance. The operator screws the rotor
into position until no clearance exists between the rotor and the screen.
The required rotor-to-screen clearance is then obtained by turning the
rotor in the opposite direction by a number of slots that are clearly
visible on the top of the shaft and rotor. Each slot represents a fixed
rotor-to-screen distance. If a specific clearance is required, the operator
needs to unscrew the rotor by a specific number of slots.
FITZSIEVES ARE AVAILABLE FOR TESTING
The Fitzpatrick Company FitzSieve Model 200 is
now being introduced to the food and chemical markets. We have received
patent approval for this unique cone system for delumping and size reduction.
A loaner fleet is available for in-plant customer testing to prove the
efficiency of the FitzSieve. Batch sizes up to 12,000 pounds/hour are
easily handled on the FS-200 Model. A larger unit is also available.
Each unit will come with process variables to allow for a wide range of
processing parameters. Variable rotor speed, multiple rotor styles, and
an array of screens are designed to fit all applications. A Fitzpatrick
sales/service person will accompany the unit to assure proper training
and use of the unit. The initial trial is done free of charge
with longer term trials done at reasonable rates.
Contact Fitzpatrick now to arrange your in-plant trial of a FitzSieve.
