The FS 200 is available in several configurations
which include the following:
- Multi-Purpose Base:
The benefits of this standard base include the ability to mount the
electrics in a NEMA 4X section of the base and the availability of another
section for storing spare parts and tools.
- Adjustable Height Base (local or remote electrics)
This is often used to lift the FitzSieve under the discharge of a mixer
or high shear granulator or for bin to bin processing.
- Swing Arm Base (remote electrics)
This is an alternative method of conveniently placing the FitzSieve
under the discharge of a mixer or high shear granulator or other process
equipment.
- Pneumatically conveyed
All units can be conveyor, gravity, or pneumatically fed.
Pneumatic conveying of product through the FitzSieve is a common method
of feeding material.
