Like all Fitzpatrick High Containment Compactors, the CCS320 provides optimized particle size and density characteristics for granulated material to reduce segregation while enhancing flow and compressibility in downstream processing steps for oral solid dosage manufacturing. The new CCS320 is ideal for lab through to small production processing, with capacities of up to 50 kgs/hr.

A Small Quantity Roll Compactor for Trial Batches

The CCS320 offers an optional small feed funnel adaptor that lets you produce small quantity trials (50gm samples) with fully scalable results. This makes the CCS320 the ideal small production roll compactor for R&D and pilot batch development.

Easy Conversion for Smaller Samples

When you need even smaller sample sizes, the CCS320 can be converted to a CCS220 (25 kg/hr) with a simple kit and some easy tooling replacements. Such versatility means our laboratory roll compactors save you money and adapt to your unique applications.
