What information do I need to order spare parts for my machine? Machines need to be identified by their Serial Number. Requested parts can be determined based on information in the Equipment operating manual or by completely describing the part.

What is the delivery time of spare parts?
In-stock parts are available to ship in 24 hours. Non-stock parts are expedited through our lean manufacturing system.

Can parts / machines be repaired at The Fitzpatrick Company? Fitzpatrick has an expedited process to quickly evaluate and repair equipment in order to meet original performance requirements.

What if I don't have an operating manual?
Operating manuals can be ordered for previously supplied machines.

Remember: Genuine Fitzpatrick parts insure continued performance and safety of the equipment. The Fitzpatrick parts will be manufactured according to the engineered design specifications
